Chef Amey is responsible for leading the culinary operations of the Ohri’s Group who own 22 Restaurants, two 3 Star Hotels and 1 Boutique Hotel and whose central kitchen generates a 50cr annual turnover pertaining to food. Chef Amey describes himself as a disciple of Jesus Christ, a visionary culinarian, achiever and a dreamer. Leading over 400 culinary professionals, Chef Amey hones a great business acumen, functional and technical skills not only in the kitchen but also in the management front.
